The firm 2CR SNC di CAPPA CLAUDIO & C. has a long and established experience in the construction industry, having started its business in 1994. Since its founding, the company has dedicated commitment and resources to establish itself in the field of restoration and recovery of monumental buildings, which represent a fundamental part of the historical and architectural heritage of our territory. This commitment has enabled the company to develop specific skills and a special sensitivity in dealing with structures of high cultural value.

At the same time, 2CR SNC has focused its attention on the recovery and enhancement of typical dwellings in the Langhe, a region renowned not only for its breathtaking landscapes but also for its cultural and food and wine richness. This strategic choice has enabled the company to expand its business portfolio, meeting the needs of an increasingly international clientele.

In recent years, we have had the honor of working with clients mainly from Germany and the Netherlands. These principals entrusted us with the restoration of traditional Piedmontese farmhouses, a task we accepted with enthusiasm and dedication. In each project, we pour all our passion and experience, guiding the client in selecting the most suitable materials and construction techniques for a recovery that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also true to tradition.

We use period building materials, such as chestnut beams, carefully crafted Langa stones, and terracotta floors, to ensure an end result that respects the authenticity of the original structures. Each restoration is carried out with the aim of fully meeting our clients’ expectations, combining the beauty of the past with modern housing needs.
